Apprentice of the Month – December 2025: Michael Hilton

Congratulations to Michael Hilton, our Apprentice of the Month for December 2025!

Michael has just progressed to the 4th-stage of his Mechanical Engineering apprentice with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) at their Northmead site in Sydney, where he works alongside a highly skilled team of engineers and electricians. Together, they maintain, install, and improve the complex bottling machinery that keeps production running smoothly.

Throughout his apprenticeship, Michael has consistently received outstanding feedback for his technical ability, professionalism, and commitment to learning. His field consultant, Dennis, recently shared: “Michael has been doing a really good job lately on site, especially with the work he’s been doing alongside a national seamer expert within CCEP. From that experience, he’s been nominated to visit the Queensland site to gain further exposure and understanding of their operations and machinery.”

This recognition reflects Michael’s proactive approach and eagerness to expand his knowledge. His supervisors and senior management are extremely pleased with his progress and the quality of his work, noting that he is setting a high standard for apprentices in the program.

Michael’s dedication and willingness to take on new challenges make him a valuable part of the CCEP team and a great example of what can be achieved through hard work and passion for engineering.
