Are you ready to launch your career in the electrical trade? This is an exciting opportunity to join our host employer as an Electrical Apprentice, working on hydro-electric systems and general electrical maintenance.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 3:50 pm (38 hours/week)
Location: Mt Beauty, VIC

- Qualification: Certificate III Electrotechnology (UEE30811)
- Duration: 4 years
- This role will be specialising in hydro-electricity.
- Understand electrical, mechanical and architectural drawings and diagrams to determine job specifications and requirements.
- Plan and measure the layout of the wiring systems.
- Test, find and repair electrical problems.
- Install and fix electrical and electronic control systems, cables, outlets and equipment.
- Assemble electrical and electronic appliances.
- Connect electrical equipment to power supplies.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with the right to work in Australia
- Completion of Year 10 (minimum)
- Driver’s licence desirable
- Willing to undertake police check and pre-employment medical
- Safety-conscious and eager to learn
