In this hands-on
Light Fabrication Apprenticeship, you will learn to manufacture and assemble electrical switchboards, enclosures and sheet metal components while working alongside experienced tradespeople.
Some of the things you will do are: - Learn to use guillotines for sheet metal cutting
- Operate plate and section benders
- Use notching and punching shears
- Work with wet saws for metal cutting
- Gain experience with MIG and TIG welding equipment
- Use general hot works tools including cutting, grinding and welding equipment
- Assist with fit out and installation of electrical enclosures
This is a great opportunity to develop practical, in-demand skills and build a long-term career in fabrication and electrical manufacturing.
Location: Jandakot
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7.00am to 3.00pm

About you: - Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia

- Driver’s License and reliable transport
