Duties Include:
- Answer inbound sales calls and direct enquiries nationally
- Utilise and maintain the CRM database
- Provide updates on the status of sales as well as stock management
- Participate in regular contract and production meetings
- Liaise with Accounts Department to set up new accounts and invoice queries
- Complete Direct Sales administrative tasks including processing invoices, credits and tasks as required by the Direct Sales Team
- Assist with stock take when required
- Ad hoc administrative duties
About you:
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Minimum completion of Year 10 High School
- Driver’s License and reliable transport
- Friendly persona with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
- You will have the ability to self-direct and remain on-task
