About the Role

Kickstart your career in the automotive manufacturing industry with a hands‑on full‑time traineeship supporting our host employer, a respected leader in the truck and trailer sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern workshop environment in Brooklyn, VIC, gaining real skills while contributing to high‑quality builds, servicing, and repair projects.

Key Duties
  
As a trainee, you’ll support experienced tradespeople with tasks such as:
  • Assisting with trailer servicing
  • Helping complete routine trailer maintenance
  • Supporting welding and fabrication tasks
  • Assisting qualified staff with client job orders
  • Performing a variety of repairs ranging from small fixes to larger projects
  • Using hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment
  • Contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
