About the role: Begin your career in manufacturing with a company that designs and produces world-class architectural, building and safety products. This hands-on role offers the chance to learn practical workshop skills in a supportive team environment.
You will work with basic workshop tools and equipment such as grinders, punches and cropping machines, while assisting with material preparation and processing. As your skills and confidence develop, you will progress into more advanced and skilled tasks.
Some of the things you will do are: - Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Measure and mark out materials
- Assist with the preparation and fabrication of large steel components
- Gain hands-on experience with welding, grinding, cutting and fitting
This role builds a strong foundation for a long-term trade career in manufacturing.
Location: Wingfield
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 6.00am – 2.00pm

About you: - Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Minimum completion of Year 10 High School
- Construction Worker (White Card)
- Driver’s License and reliable transport essential
- Must be able to successfully pass a National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check
