About the role:
Our Host Employer, based on Kooragang Island, is an organisation with roots in Australian fertiliser operations established in the early 1900’s. These early cooperative foundations underpin its long‑standing contribution to supporting Australian agriculture. Joining their team as a Trainee, you will learn to work in an industrial manufacturing environment. This opportunity is suited to people looking to develop advanced production skills while working with a variety of equipment and supporting day‑to‑day manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will learn to:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 3.30pm
Duration: 24 months

- Develop problem‑solving skills to anticipate, identify, and respond to process and production issues
- Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations while maintaining safety and quality standards
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 3.30pm
Duration: 24 months
