The Opportunity: Advance your electrical apprenticeship with an industry-leading organisation delivering critical power infrastructure projects across NSW.
Suitable for a 2nd or 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice, this role offers hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of power transformers, gas-insulated and air-insulated switchgear, and other high-voltage power equipment.
You'll also assist with routine preventative maintenance, identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns, and maintain accurate service and maintenance records while working alongside experienced technicians in the field.
LOCATION: Macquarie Park
HOURS: 9am - 5pm

Duties may include: - Understand electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and diagrams to determine job requirements
- Install and commission power transformers
- Test, find, and repair electrical problems
- Routine preventative maintenance
- Connect electrical equipment to power supplies
About You: - Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Completion of Year 10 High School
- Drivers Licence desirable but not essential
- Willing to undertake police check and pre employment medical if required
