About the Role Our host employer,
Schneider Electric, is currently seeking a
2nd Year Apprentice to join their diverse
Services business which provides 24/7 servicing for: hospitals, utilities, data centers, support for the resources sector and just about everything in-between. The Schneider Electric portfolio covers UPS, critical cooling equipment, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, substation monitoring as well as a wide range of ancillary equipment. They enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise breakdowns, increase reliability, efficiency and safety while reducing costs and simplifying operations.

This hands-on Apprenticeship will see you learning from passionate professionals as you develop your skills and gain a nationally recognised Trade Qualification.
Some of the skills you will develop include:
- Building an understanding of electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and diagrams to determine job requirements
- Planning and measuring the layout of wiring systems
- Test, find, and repair electrical problems and breakdowns
- Install, troubleshoot and commission electrical and electronic assets
- Connect electrical equipment to power supplies
- Coding and a focus on Building Management Systems
Location: Two opportunities exist for Schneider’s
Malaga and

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8.00am– 4.00pm (negotiable),

About You - Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Minimum completion of Year 12 High School
- Driver’s License and reliable transport
- Completed a Certificate II in Electrotechnology
- National Police check
