The Apprenticeship
If you have a keen and curious interest in electrical technology, then this is the Apprenticeship for you!  This hands-on Apprenticeship will see you learning from passionate professionals as you develop your skills and gain a nationally recognised Trade Qualification.  Some of the skills you will develop include:
  • Develop an understanding of electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and diagrams to determine job requirements
  • Plan and measure the layout of wiring systems
  • Test, find, and repair electrical problems and breakdowns
  • Install, troubleshoot and commission electrical and electronic assets
  • Connect electrical equipment to power supplies  
  • Coding and a focus on Building Management Systems
Location: Cairns
Hours of Work: 7.30am - 4pm (negotiable), Monday - Friday

About You
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
  • Minimum completion of Year 12 High School
  • Driver’s License and reliable transport
  • Completed a Certificate II in Electrotechnology
  • National Police check
