The Opportunity:
 
Kick-start your career with a Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) Traineeship at Atlas Copco, a global leader in innovative industrial solutions.
As a Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting customers, building strong client relationships, and contributing to sales growth. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll develop valuable skills in customer service, sales support, communication, and business operations while completing your nationally recognised qualification.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to build a career in sales and customer engagement.

Location: Blacktown NSW
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Duties may include:

• Provide pricing and availability to customer requests
• Escalate leads to sales teams and dealers as required
• Assist with stock obsolescence by reviewing parts on a monthly basis
• Support any improvements in administration processes and systems to ensure they meet requirements, standards, changes, and growth demands.
• Maintain and process documentation, records, and data, in accordance with agreed procedures and standards.  
• Respond to and follow up on customer enquiries
• Ensure CRM ticketing systems remains up to date

About You:

• Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
• Completion of Year 10 High School
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to challenge existing work practices and bring idea to improve them
