The Opportunity

Kick-start your career in warehousing and supply chain with a hands-on traineeship with our host employer based in Coburg North.

This is your chance to earn while you learn and complete a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, working with a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll gain real industry experience and build practical skills across warehouse operations, inventory, and production support — all while being mentored by experienced professionals.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Assisting with NATA laboratory testing processes
  • Handling, finishing, and preparing goods for dispatch
  • Learning warehouse systems and inventory processes
  • Working with equipment and developing forklift skills
Work details:
  • Full-time (38 hours per week)
  • Day shift: 6:45am – 3:15pm
  • Location: Coburg North

Duties May Include
  • Working as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
  • Using warehouse systems and processes
  • Managing stock and inventory
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching goods
  • Operating forklifts (or working towards a licence)
  • Manual handling and load shifting
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries
  • Using hand and power tools
About You
  
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and eager to build a career in warehousing.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Completed Year 10
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Driver’s Licence (desirable, not essential)
  • Forklift licence preferred, but not required at the recruitment stage
  • Willing to complete pre-employment checks if required
