You’ll gain real industry experience and build practical skills across warehouse operations, inventory, and production support — all while being mentored by experienced professionals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Assisting with NATA laboratory testing processes
- Handling, finishing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Learning warehouse systems and inventory processes
- Working with equipment and developing forklift skills
- Full-time (38 hours per week)
- Day shift: 6:45am – 3:15pm
- Location: Coburg North
- Earn while you complete a nationally recognised qualification
- Learn real, in-demand warehouse and supply chain skills
- Be supported by a friendly, experienced team
- Work in a stable and well-established manufacturing business
- Build a long-term career in a growing industry
- Ability to earn while learning
- Nationally recognised qualification (Cert III Supply Chain Operations)
- Mentoring from experienced industry professionals
- All training fees paid
- PPE provided throughout your traineeship
- Additional allowance if you hold a First Aid certificate
- Working as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
- Using warehouse systems and processes
- Managing stock and inventory
- Picking, packing, and dispatching goods
- Operating forklifts (or working towards a licence)
- Manual handling and load shifting
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Using hand and power tools
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and eager to build a career in warehousing.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Completed Year 10
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Driver’s Licence (desirable, not essential)
- Forklift licence preferred, but not required at the recruitment stage
- Willing to complete pre-employment checks if required
