About the role:
Our host employer, Aggreko, is the global leader in generator and temperature control hire with locations throughout the world. A major player in the global power market with local operations spanning across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, Aggreko is seeking a 1st year Electrotechnology Apprentice who will assist the team to undertake maintenance and repairs of equipment at their Kewdale (Perth) Depot.
Some of the things you will do are;
  • Learn to work on Generators and air industrial
  • Testing, finding and repairing electrical problems
  • Developing an understanding of electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and diagrams to determine job requirements
  • Testing, finding, and repairing electrical problems and breakdowns
  • Working with electrical tools of the Trade
Location: Kewdale, WA
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4.00pm
Durations: 4 years

About you:
  • Willingness to undertake a Certificate III Electrotechnology over 4 years
  • Completed Certificate II Electrotechnology
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on safety
  • Drivers licence & and own transport
  • Year 12 graduate with strong mathematical skills
