About the Role
Earn and learn towards your Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade with a well-established manufacturing business in Melbourne's south-east.
This apprenticeship will provide hands-on training and experience in welding, fabrication and metalwork while working alongside experienced tradespeople in a supportive workshop environment.
Duties May Include
Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:30am to 3:00pm | 38-hour week

Duties May Include
- Welding and fabrication activities
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Operating welding equipment and power tools
- Using measuring equipment and fabrication machinery
- Folding, bending and shaping metal components
- Assembling and finishing fabricated products
- Maintaining a safe and organised workspace
Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:30am to 3:00pm | 38-hour week
About You
- Genuine interest in welding, fabrication and manufacturing
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Completion of Year 10 or equivalent
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights
- Gain a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
- TAFE fees fully covered by Australian Industry Group
- PPE supplied at no cost
- Paid apprenticeship with ongoing employment opportunities
