About the role: Our Host Employer, based on Kooragang Island, has been supporting Australian agriculture for over 100 years. As a Trainee, you’ll get hands-on experience in a large industrial manufacturing environment, learning practical skills while working with a range of equipment and day-to-day production operations.

In this role, you will learn to:
- Operate and monitor a range of manufacturing plant and equipment in line with standard operating procedures
- Develop problem‑solving skills to anticipate, identify, and respond to process and production issues
- Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations while maintaining safety and quality standards
Location: Kooragang, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 3.30pm
Duration: 24 months
