About the role:
Our Host Employer is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, developing high-performance solutions for intralogistics with a company operating in more than 700 sales and service locations and employing approximately 13,000 employees worldwide.
As the Administration Trainee, you will…
- Answer inbound sales calls and direct enquiries nationally
- Support sales processes by handling paperwork and records for equipment sales, rentals, trade-ins, invoicing, and stock movements.
- Work with internal teams (sales support and finance) to manage accounts, payments, invoices, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate equipment delivery and returns, ensuring equipment is moved and tracked from order through to customer delivery.
- Provide general administrative support across the business, including maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Work Location: Townsville, QLD
Hours: Monday to Friday
8am – 4pm About you: - Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Minimum completion of Year 10 High School
- Driver’s License and reliable transport
- Friendly persona with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
- You will have the ability to self-direct and remain on-task
