Position Details
- Location: Melbourne CBD, VIC
- Employment Type: Full-Time Traineeship (38 hours per week)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Qualification: Certificate III in Business
- Earn while you learn
- Gain a nationally recognised qualification
- Full mentoring and support throughout your traineeship
- All training fees paid
- Build valuable administration and customer service skills
- Work in a professional Melbourne CBD office environment
- Develop a strong foundation for a long-term business career
- Reception and front-of-house duties
- Providing high-quality customer service
- Monitoring and responding to incoming communications and emails
- Assisting with event bookings and lodgements
- Maintaining office records and documentation
- Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
- Ensuring office, kitchen and shared staff areas remain neat and presentable
- Using a variety of computer systems and office equipment
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with the right to work in Australia
- Completed Year 10 or equivalent
- Current driver's licence required or preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Reliable, organised and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
