About the role:
Start your career with our Host Employer, Liftrite, Western Australia’s trusted name in material handling and access equipment. Specialising in the sale, hire, servicing, and parts supply of forklifts, telehandlers, excavators, and access platforms, Liftrite offers a hands-on workshop environment where you’ll learn from experienced technicians and build real electrical trade skills.
  
As an Automotive Electrical Apprentice, you’ll gain practical experience working on a wide range of machinery, developing your skills in fault finding, wiring, and electrical repairs while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
  
What you’ll be learning:
  • Battery systems, starting and charging repairs
  • Basic electrical fault finding and diagnostics
  • Wiring repairs, sensors, and component replacement
  • Lighting and accessory installation
  • Safe workshop practices and correct tool use

Location: Canning Vale, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 3.00pm
Duration: 4-years

About you:
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
  • Minimum completion of Year 10 High School
  • Driver’s License and reliable transport
  • Interest in automotive or electrical trades
  • Enjoy hands-on, practical work
  • Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
