This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a modern manufacturing environment while learning from experienced tradespeople and engineers.
You will be immersed in all aspects of mechanical production and maintenance, contributing to the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of advanced manufacturing equipment.

You will be immersed in all aspects of mechanical production and maintenance, contributing to the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of advanced manufacturing equipment.
You will learn to:
- Operate and adjust production machinery to support efficient manufacturing
- Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot faults to minimise downtime
- Assist with preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Support machine setups and changeovers to maintain production flow
- Machine components using lathes, mills, grinders, and drills
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems for installation and repairs
- Use CAD/CAM systems to assist with component design and improvements
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and technical specifications
Hours of Work: 6.30am– 3.00pm, Monday – Friday
Duration: 4 years
