- Location: Lara VIC
- Employment Type: Full-Time Apprenticeship
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Qualification: Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering
- Duration: 4 Years
Working alongside the maintenance team, you'll help keep equipment and machinery operating safely and efficiently.
Duties may include:
- Assisting with machine maintenance and servicing
- Dismantling and rebuilding mechanical components
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Supporting breakdown repairs and fault-finding activities
- Learning lathe work and basic machining techniques
- Gaining exposure to welding and fabrication tasks
- Following workplace safety procedures and best practices
No previous experience is required.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about learning a trade
- Hands-on and practical
- Reliable and punctual
- Safety conscious
- Eager to learn from experienced tradespeople
- Committed to completing a four-year apprenticeship
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ongoing support and mentoring from qualified tradespeople
- Real-world experience in an industrial maintenance environment
- PPE provided
- All training fees paid
- A nationally recognised qualification
