Apprentice of the Month – January 2026: Griffin Broad

Congratulations Griffin Broad, for being recognised as our Apprentice of the Month for January 2026!

Griffing is a 2nd stage Mechanical Engineering apprentice hosted to HRL Technology group in Melbourne. This acknowledgment reflects the consistent high standards he brings to both his training and workplace each day.

Since commencing his apprenticeship back in 2024, Griffin has demonstrated an outstanding work ethic, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility across all aspects of his apprenticeship.

Griffin’s practical skills have been a particular highlight. He approaches hands-on tasks with confidence and care, producing high-quality, consistent outcomes that showcase his developing technical capability and strong attention to detail. At host company HRL, these attributes are highly appreciated with the technical nature of their work. His growth in this area has been recognised both in the training environment and on the job, where he continues to impress supervisors with his eagerness to learn and ability to apply new skills effectively.

Feedback from his TAFE teachers has been extremely positive and aligns closely with the feedback received from his workplace, reinforcing that his strong performance is consistent across all settings.

His behaviour contributes to a focused, respectful, and productive learning environment, and he consistently demonstrates respect for trainers and fellow apprentices.

Overall, Griffin’s performance embodies the qualities we value most in our apprentices: motivation, reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous development. He is clearly on a path toward a successful and rewarding career, and we look forward to watching his continued progress.

Congratulations to Griffin on this well‑deserved recognition — a fantastic achievement and a great example to others!
