We are proud to announce Dylan Stewart as our Apprentice of the Month for August 2026.
The Australian Industry Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre (Ai Group ATC) is proud to recognise Dylan Stewart as our Apprentice of the Month for August 2026.
Dylan is a fourth-year apprentice hosted by Genis Steel SA in Adelaide. Dylan has earned a reputation as an outstanding tradesperson in development, consistently demonstrating the skills, attitude and professionalism that employers value most.
His strong technical ability, reliability and mature approach to work have set him apart throughout his apprenticeship. Whether undertaking routine tasks or more complex work, Dylan quickly interprets instructions, applies his knowledge effectively and delivers a high standard of workmanship every time.
Safety is also a key focus for Dylan. He maintains a strong awareness of workplace safety requirements and ensures every task is completed efficiently and responsibly. His commitment to doing the job right the first time has earned the confidence and respect of his supervisors and colleagues alike.
What makes Dylan particularly deserving of this recognition is his willingness to go above and beyond. He approaches every challenge with a positive attitude, demonstrates excellent initiative and consistently looks for opportunities to contribute to the success of the team. His strong work ethic and commitment to quality are evident in everything he does.
Dylan’s respectful and professional manner has made him a valued member of the Genis Steel team. As he nears the completion of his apprenticeship, he continues to set a positive example for other apprentices coming through the business, showing what can be achieved through dedication, hard work and a genuine desire to learn.
To celebrate this achievement, Dylan was recently presented with his Apprentice of the Month certificate and voucher by Australian Industry Group ATC Employment and Training Consultant Alex Silk, recognising his outstanding contribution and commitment to his apprenticeship journey.
